Activities
Cambridge School of Constanta’s High school extracurricular programme is designed to complement and extend classroom learning, allowing for a more comprehensive understanding of the material being studied and creating an environment where students can grow and develop as individuals, while pursuing authentic, engaging and immersive learning experiences.
The clubs and activities on offer, aim to empower students and equip them with the necessary tools to succeed in life after high school, effectively preparing them for university and their future careers, by providing them with the opportunity to create a portfolio which reflects a well-rounded and well-developed individual, so that they can apply to top universities around the world with confidence.
A number of clubs and programmes are offered annually, dependant on the needs and interests of high school students.
Business Club | Students engage in practical business skills by organizing events and running initiatives within the school and community, covering areas such as event planning, finance, marketing, and customer service. This club enhances teamwork, communication, and leadership skills, providing insight into various business roles. |
The Jingle Box and the Community Service Programme | Founded in 2018, Jingle Box empowers students to impact their community through fundraising and organizing outreach events for partner charities. The Community Service Programme extends these efforts, helping students earn service hours and contribute to local causes. |
Public Speaking, Debating, Speech, and Drama Club | This club offers training in public speaking and debate, preparing students for various scenarios through presentations and debates. The speech and drama segment focuses on acting, voice coaching, and movement, fostering self-confidence, communication, and a love for literature and theatre. |
Journalism Club |
The Journalism Club produces content for the CSC newsletter and magazine, giving students opportunities in journalism, creative writing, photography, and editorial roles. Participants enhance their writing skills and experience the processes involved in online and print media production. |
